Innovative Leadership for Women fuses experiential training, consultative coaching, and skill-based learning. Too often women have had a tough time standing up in the face of corporate structures originally designed as a man’s world. Yes, things are changing, but many women still feel they have to “do things twice as well as men in order to be considered half as good.”  Innovative Leadership for Women helps participants learn to access their personal power sources, get and maintain validation, command attention, act confidently, and fend off discriminating behaviors that inhibit inclusion and advancement. And the benefits of the training continue long after the session over.  We help participants establish lasting co-coaching relationships to sustain continual personal and professional growth.
